In picture: Ranveer Singh and Anushka Sharma at the Dubai Film Festival
Indian films and Bollywood stars stole the limelight at the Dubai Film Festival, which ends on December 14.
Mainstream films like Don 2 and Ladies vs. Ricky Bahl premiered at the festival, and stars like Shah Rukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Farhan Akhtar, Ranveer Singh and Anushka Sharma were in attendance at the event.
This is the first time the Band Baajaa Baarat stars walked the red carpet of an international film festival.
Tom Cruise, who inaugurated the festival, screened his film, Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol, there. The Hollywood actor was the undisputed star of the show and was greeted by screaming fans.
Anil Kapoor, who plays a role in the film, was also present at the screening.
Later SRK and Farhan took the stage to talk about Don 2 and Khan bowled over the audience with his wit and charm.
Another notable Indian star at the event was music maestro A R Rahman, who was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award.
