We tacked her up on our ‘Most Wanted’ list after we saw her radiant smile on MTV. We cheered when she made her Bollywood debut in 2003 in
Ishq Vishk. (Our cheers weren’t wasted—she was nominated for the Filmfare best supporting actress award.) We turned book worms when she wrote travel articles for
Cosmopolitan,
ELLE, and
Femina. And we laughed our guts out when she hosted
The Great Indian Laughter Challenge.
Now, Shenaz Treasurywala (after working and studying in the US) is back and the bubbly gal has branched out some more. She has written a screenplay, is keen on pursuing her career in acting and as a TV host, and is open to VJing, too. Excerpts from a tête-à-tête with the charmer.
