Silambarasan threw a birthday party by the beach at Taj Fisherman`s Cove, Chennai on February 3. It was a big budget extravaganza with a grand stage, red carpet rolled out from the car park to the venue, performances by artists, games, fireworks and plenty more. The whole venue looked like a carnival!
However, the cynosure of all eyes was Ajith and wife Shalini. The entire team of his forthcoming film Vinnaithandi Varuvaaya including Gautham Menon, heroine Trisha and the crew were present. Playback singers, choreographers, technicians and stars - the guest list was huge as Simbu wanted to invite everyone close to him. Simbu was all smiles as he played the perfect host and saw to it that his guests were comfortable and left no stone unturned to make sure that the party was a gastronomic delight!
