And one more reason to rejoice has been added now. The makers have done the sound mixing in Dobly Atmos sound thanks to the efforts of Real Image who have done the mixing in Chennai.
The Serene screen in Satyam becomes the first in India to screen an Indian film in Dobly Atmos sound which is accomplished by fitting overhead speakers, giving a more complete sound experience.
The grand launch of the new sound effect and the trailer and songs was held at a media meet in the presence of AVM Saravanan, Shankar, KV Anand, Sai Prasad, Suman, MS Guhan and Vairamuthu. Several celebs like Sax and Vishnuvardhan were invited to watch the screening at the theatre.
The film will be released in 3D in sixty screens while talks are on to equip another thirty screens in the state of TN with 3D.
Shankar looked happy at the conversion of the film to 3 D and heaped praise on KV Anand for his camerawork and said that Rajni looked even more handsome.
“I was wondering how it would look in 3 D but when I saw the film last week I was amazed. Its even better than some of the English films that I have seen converted to 3 D”. The `Sahana` and `Va ji Sivaji` songs were screened along with some stunt and dialogue scenes between Rajni and Suman.
The film will later be shown in the 3 D format in Hindi and Telugu as well but no date has been given so far.
