Being directed by Seetarama Raju Dantuloori and produced by Vedaraju Timber, the film has dialogues by Vegesna Satish. Producer K L Damodar of Ala Modalaindi fame is also involved in the movie's production.
Currently, the movie is being shot in Hyderabad. Madata Kaaja expected to hit the screens this festival season.
