This year's WIFW began on a colourful, quirky note with Masaba for Satya Paul and ended with a splash of Manish Arora's psychedelic creations.
Every time the designer showcases, he takes colours and patterns to a whole new level!
"Last year I went to a festival called Burning Man which happens in a desert of America. I got inspired by the place, I always wanted to go that place and I went on my 40th Birthday last year so the collection is based on that," said Arora. He sure does takes us places with his designs.
Off the ramp, it was Sonam Kapoor who was the highlight. She donned a Manish Arora creation.
"It's always a surprise to wear his sari and Manish always uses so many colours and such Indian elements which you could see and I think his Indian clothes are spectacular as well. So I think wanted to wear something that was Manish and Indian," she said.
Post the show, Masaba tweeted: When I grow up. I want to be Manish Arora. Mother bee of finales.
Now, that says it all!
