Superstar Rajinikanth watched a special screening of Kamal Haasan’s controversial Vishwaroopam. The screening was held at Rajinikanth’s Poes Garden residence through digital screening on Wednesday evening. Kamal Haasan’s Vishwaroopam, which was banned by TN government is releasing today (Feb 7) in Tamil Nadu, two weeks after its worldwide release.
Rajinikanth has stood like a pillar of support for Kamal Haasan and was the first person in Kollywood to speak against the ban.
Meanwhile, Kamal Haasan held a special screening of the film on Wednesday evening for his Kollywood friends such as Jayaram, Prabhu, Suhasini, Yuvan Shankar Raja, Kushboo, Vivek, Karky, Cheran and Karthik Raja among others at Sathyam Cinemas Six Degrees that has Auro sound.
