Suriya said that he has no words to describe the film. "This kind of subject was never tried on Indian screen. I thank Murugadoss sir for coming up with such a wonderful film," he said.
"Ghajini is a milestone in my career and when Murugadoss and I sat together to work on another film, we decided that this film ought to be better than our previous blockbuster. He came up with three scripts and we zeroed in on this," said Suriya.
Shruti Hassan thanked Murugadoss and Suriya for choosing her.
