The film is directed by Santhosh Sivan who has also done the camerawork. The movie has already released in Malayalam earlier and will be out in Tamil in December.
It was a walk down memory lane with Arvind Swamy arriving to greet his mentor Mani Ratnam, while Vijay, AR Murgadoss, Vairamuthu, Bharath, SJ Suryah and others also graced the dais.
The audio was launched by Vijay and received by Vairamuthu who has done the lyrics in Tamil. Three songs and a trailer were screened, with Mani Ratnam, AR Murgadoss and SJ Suryah releasing each song before it was screened.
