We think Vidya Balan is a strange choice to launch Chetan Bhagat's new book 2 States. Maybe she's his die-hard fan. Or maybe he's her die-hard fan. Anyway, we'll leave the speculation for another day. For now we'd like to say that the actress turned up at the Oberoi Mall in Goregaon to launch the author's latest book.
Dressed in an orange Anarkali kurta (which looked like someone had vomited all over it) and churidar, Vidya looked like she needed a makeover urgently. We hope Bhagat's book has better success than her dress.
