Her family's representative Dale Bhagwagar, reading out a statement by Viveka's mother Dayawanti Babajee, said that the family is likely to pursue charges of abetment to suicide against Vora.
"The family is consulting legal experts. Depending on the investigations, if needed, then definitely legal action would be considered," Bhagwagar told mediapersons.
The family is also planning to hand over copies of the emails exchanged between Viveka and Vora, and her other friends, Kartik and Rohit, to the investigators.
