Kamal Haasan addressed the US media on questions regarding the ban on Vishwaroopam. In this brief interview he defends his work and displays great grace.
He references Kathryn Bigelow's Zero Dark Thirty and says Vishwaroopam is nothing like it. But is in fact, the 'most Muslim friendly' film in recent times. While it may be situated around the same 'grim truth' of Zero Dark Thirty, Vishwaroopam sticks to being a fast-paced espionage thriller.
The actor reiterates that he is sensitive to religious sentiments and is careful not to aggravate them. For as he says, "I might not have religion but I have love for people."
