In Calendar, Zarina is Thangam George, a widowed professor whose life revolves around her only daughter Kochu Rani played by Navya Nair. Prithvi plays the guy who creates the first rift between them.
Prithviraj needs a big hit in Malayalam to regain his position as the guy who can challenge M & M. But his last two releases Lollipop and Nammal Thammil were total a washout and a setback for him.
Calendar, carries good pre-release reports and is said to be a humorous, emotional and romantic movie which may strike a chord with the family audiences.
