Well, with all the promos, the buzz and the trailers, you'd already know what to expect of the film. And we're guessing your anticipation and excitement levels are so high that a li'l more info is only going to make the wait better.
So here's an intro to the characters you're going to fall in love with on screen.
Say hello to Arjun!
Played by the hunky Hrithik Roshan, you'll be surprised to know that the spirited version of him that you see in trailers has its origins in a workaholic financial trader. Arjun, who lost his father young, is all about riding the next big wave in his career and bettering his position. Initially reluctant about going on this long-planned trip with friends, he unleashes his fun side once he's on the road.
Meet the poet, Imran
Farhan Akhtar dons the role of an advertising copywriter. And as is typical of any copywriter, he's given to the arts and all things kooky. A closet poet, he sets off for the trip with great enthusiasm.
The amiable Kabir
Enter Abhay Deol as the wealthy young man who is doing phenomenally well in his father's construction company. Intelligent, articulate and soft-spoken, he is set for one helluva bachelor's party before he says 'I do.'
Nervy Natasha
This is the lady that Kabir is set to wed. Played by Kalki Koechlin, Natasha is an interior designer who has led a protected life thanks to her wealthy background. And she is a little nervous about Kabir's upcoming trip with the boys. We'll know if it is with or without cause when we watch the movie tomorrow.
Dreamy Laila
Katrina Kaif stars as the boho chic student from London who takes on the role of dive instructor once a year. This time in Spain, she meets up with three hot lads who want to go deep sea diving.
So there you have it, the characters of Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. Don't try too hard to connect the dots. You can get the whole picture on July 15.
