Omar (Neil Nitin Mukesh) has left Indian shores for the first time. But phoren is not too scary as he begins to see America through the eyes of his friends - 'star of the campus' Sam (John Abraham) and 'bohemian' Maya (Katrina Kaif). He soon begins to love it.
But then the world around him changes. Events that are just headlines in the newspaers for most of us, turn the lives of these three youngsters upside down.
