Abhishek Bachchan, Sikander Kher and Neil Nitin Mukesh had a blast shooting for their new action thriller, Players.
While shooting in New Zealand for a scene where they had to race their Mini Coopers inside the Wellington Airport, the trio decided to have a friendly race of their own, in between shots.
They were all so well matched that they all reached the finish line together.
"Abhishek, Sikander and Neil got along like a house on fire while shooting for Players and though permission for shooting within Wellington were hard to acquire, Abhishek spoke to the authorities and it was smooth sailing from thereon," said a source. "In between shots, the guys decided to have a race of their own with the Mini Coopers and, surprisingly, reached the finish line at the same time."
Abbas-Mastan's Players stars Abhishek Bachchan, Sonam Kapoor, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Bipasha Basu, Bobby Deol, Sikander Kher and Omi Vaidya. The movie, which is about fast cars and a bunch of adrenaline junkies, will hit screens on January 6, 2012.
