The audio of Aghavan was launched in the presence of Raghava Lawrence and Bhagyaraj at Sathyam Cinemas in Chennai. Produced by Rajinikanth's ardent fan Ravichandran, his son Kishore plays the lead role in the film.
Speaking at the function, Lawrence said: “Ravichandran is a solid example on how Thalaiavar’s fans should lead their life. Ravichandran is successful in his business, has built a temple for Shiva and his son Kishore who is also a Rajinikanth fan shows so much promise. Though his dad funded the film, Kishore did not ask for any fight or buildup scene, he has only performed as a character”.
Lawrence also said how Rajinikanth ignores negativity in life. “I have told many times Rajinikanth sir to react to criticism but he would say ‘Kanna Chinna Pasanga Vidu’. He neither takes success to his head nor takes failures to his heart”, said Lawrence.
Directed by APG Ezhumalai, C Sathya is composing the music for the film. Several Rajinikanth fans gathered at the audio launch of Aghavan as the film itself is bankrolled by one of them.
