'Agraja' revives multi-heroine tradition

Jaggesh and Darshan starrer Agraja has completed the post-production and is ready for release in the next month.

The storyline of the movie Agraja which means Big Brother is in contrast with the theme of the title, with a socially significant message picturized in a dashing style say the sources. A full length comedy flick Agraja has a huge set of star cast which includes comedy king Sadhu Kokila in a character named `Deal’, Doddanna as a corrupt politician, Suchendra Prasad as a media person, Biradar, Sadashiva Brahmavar and many other senior artists in various characters.

Senior directors like Om Sai Prakash and Om Prakash Rao have also made their appearances in the movie and the sources reveal that the director duo characters add a twist to the storyline.

Kamna Jethmanalani who was last seen in V.Ravichandran’s movie Ugaadi in 2007, is making her comeback in the Sandalwood industry after 5 years and is excited about her new project. “It was a wonderful experience working with director Shrinandan and the star cast. I am very happy and satisfied about my role in the movie” says Kamna.

Sanjjana who shot to fame from Bigg Boss, Poornima and Arundati are three other female actors along with Kamna. “Though a multi-heroine project, all the characters have equal importance and we are all excited about the release” said Sanjjana.

The movie marks the directorial debut of Shrinanadan while the music is scored by Nandan Raj and Ramesh Babu is heading the camera section.
