Veteran director Mani Ratnam is presently working on a Tamil Hindi bilingual, which is likely to go on floors by the end of this year. Sources say that the film will have Aishwarya Rai and Aditi Rao Hydari in pivotal roles.
Aditi has already hinted about joining hands with Mani Ratnam again after Kaatru Veliyidai whereas Aishwarya Rai is tight lipped about the project.
Interestingly, Aishwarya Rai has also worked with Mani Ratnam in Iruvar and Raavan/Ravannan. Previously, it was rumored that Chiranjeevi's son Ram Charan would be playing the lead role but nothing has been officially confirmed yet.
To be produced by Mani Ratnam's Madras Talkies, AR Rahman will be composing the music for the film.
