Amala Paul is a busy woman and has no time at all in her date diary. According to reports, she has opted out of Gabbar, the Akshay Kumar film, a remake of Ramana from Tamil, after hearing the script and making few trips to Mumbai.
The actress who is busy with six films in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam was trying hard to work out her dates but realised that she has no room this year for any other film.
"She would have loved to make her debut in Hindi as the producers wanted to sign a completely new girl for this film. Amala was zeroed in but unfortunately she could not dole out the required dates that they wanted", confirms a source close to her.
There were media reports stating that she has signed another Malayalam film opposite Nivin Pauly (of Neram fame) for director Sibi Malayil. Amala tweeted: "Speculations about me signing a new movie is as baseless as Zimbabwe winning ODI World cup!! Will definitely let the media know which my next movie is as soon as I sign it ..."
