It looks like the Kannada version of Big Boss, hosted by super star Sudeep, is suffering from lack of star power. Apparently, none of the A list actors are keen on being featured in the controversial show, which is set to go on the air shortly.
Ragini Dwivedi, Aindrita Ray, Parul Yadav and scores of other top actresses have reportedly turned down lucrative offers from Big Boss.
Consequently, the names of lesser known stars, such as Vijaya Raghavendra, Tilak, and Dhruva Sharma are doing the rounds. Though multilingual actress Sanjjanaa Archana’s name is being proposed, the actress has not confirmed anything as of now.
The organizers have reportedly roped in Jayalakshmi, an entrepreneur and ex-girlfriend of Karnataka’s controversial minister M P Renukacharya whom she accused of ditching her a few years ago.
A couple of popular VJs are also expected to join the House, as shooting is expected to commence anytime soon. If no major star joins Big Boss, Sudeep will have a major task managing the lesser known stars.
Former Indian cricket player Robin Uthappa is another strong contender for the show, but the organizers are indeed having a tough time finalizing the participants!
