Suparn Verma's shooting schedule at Panchgani seemed to be jinxed. First, it was Bipasha Basu. All of a sudden she developed an eye allergy that left both eyes swollen and red. The shooting schedule was postponed for the next night, but the inflammation still hadn't settled.
Add to this an earlier instance of the director falling into a pit and actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui hurting his ankle, and you get the chills.
"While walking at the shoot location in Panchgani, Suparn fell into a pit which he had not seen earlier. Moreover Nawazuddin also hurt his ankle. All these happenings compelled the unit to return to Mumbai and shoot in a set instead,” said a source.
Producer Abhishek Pathak further added, “We had to shoot in a graveyard and it required to be done in the nights only. Due to all these happenings, we decided to cancel it. It was as if some force was hindering the shoot. We were all spooked ourselves.”
Well, here's hoping the film gets done without anymore such incidents.
