Box office reports
Itís been an eventful fortnight, with movies from other languages doing well. Itís also the first time weíve not had either a Mohanlal or Mammootty film on the chart.
At number one is Saji Surendrenís comic caper Happy Husbands, which is a super hit. The film started off slowly, but word of mouth was so good that it became popular among family audiences. In most centres, the film has taken a bigger share than any of Mammootty or Mohanlalís recent films.
At number two is Allu Arjunís Arya, which took a thundering opening, but later dropped. However, all those who invested in the film are happy.
In third position is Dileepís Aagathan, which took a flying start, but like all recent Malayalam films showed its weakness and dropped.
At number four is the Shah Rukh Khan-starrer My Name Is Khan, which released in 35 screens in Kerala and took a fantastic three-day opening. It has collapsed since then collapsed.
Bodyguard hangs on at number five.
