Madrasapattinam has opened this week at the number one position at the CBO. Though the film carries positive reports, the opening is just above average. At number two is the Hollywood action comedy Knight and Day, which has taken a fantastic opening. Raavanan has started dropping and is in the third position. Kalavani is holding on good and is at number four, while Singam, the biggest hit of the year so far, has started dropping and is at number five.
