Piranha, the 3D Hollywood film with special effects, showed its teeth at the CBO this week. It has done better than any other new Tamil release and is in the number one position. At number two is Naan Mahaan Alla, which has shown a drop, but is still steady. In third position is Bale Pandiya and in number four is Sindhu Samaveli. Both have taken poor openings. In fifth place is Irandu Mugam, which has also taken a poor opening.
