Haunted
Cast: Mahaakshay Chakraborty, Sanjay Sharma, Tia Bajpai, Arif Zakaria
Director: Vikram Bhatt
Despite being noted for its 'sleazy and bizarre' plot, Haunted has managed to take top spot. Now, we can safely say that we're so starved for thrills that we'll take anything that comes our way.

Luv Ka The End
Cast:Shraddha Kapoor, Taaha Shah, Shenaz Treasurywalla, Roye Seagal, Nikhil Vyas
Director: Bumpy
Staying put at No. 2 this week, is the fun flick starring Shraddha Kappor. The audience have looked past it teeny bopper image and seen it for what it really is - 'a fun, breezy comedy about the generation in shorts and tees.'

Chalo Dilli
Cast:Lara Dutta, Vinay Pathak
Director: Sashant Shah
The Lara Dutta & Vinay Pathak comedy stays firm in the top five. And we're glad for it cause here's a movie that doesn't dumb down viewers. It's smartly made with well-etched out characters and doesn't throw hooks of an insipid romance. It's just a good old fun, road movie.

Dum Maro Dum
Cast:Abhishek Bachchan, Aditya Pancholi, Bipasha Basu, Rana Daggubati, Prateik Babbar
Director: Rohan Sippy
The Goa underbelly thriller failed to impress the critics, but it has managed to make its presence felt for quite a while now at the box office. Deepika's hit item number and the great performances by the all-star cast is the big draw. But the plot hardly sparkles like the starry ensemble.

Shor in the City
Cast:Tusshar Kapoor, Preeti Desai, Sendhil Ramamurthy, Nikhil Dwivedi
Director: Raj Nidimoru
The Ekta Kapoor produced film rounds up the top five. Heavily influenced by Tarantino and Guy Ritchie, this film has style. But that fritters away with the wafer thin plot that is incoherent and unconvincing.
