The Kannada film Dandupalya has taken the box office by storm. Adhdhuri is going stronger in the third week also despite the mega opening for Dandupalya. The film has been able to collect Rs. 4 crores in two weeks and is expected to collect another Rs. 2 to 3 crores revenue from theatre screening alone. Contrary to the fear expressed in certain quarters, Spider-Man 3 has not had a good opening. Tamil film Sakuni did get a good opening, but the collections are falling in Bengaluru and other parts of Karnataka.
