The big news at the CBO is that Naan Ee has made a dream comeback to the number one slot, six weeks after its release. The film has grossed an amazing Rs 6.03 crores in 35 days from Chennai city, which means a distributors share of approximately Rs 2 crores. It is too good for a film perceived as a bilingual.
Naan Ee has come back to the number one position which it got when it opened on July 6. At number two is Allu Arjun`s Julayi which after a promising start fell due to too many screens. In the third position is Mirattal which sort of held on to the third place.
Ice Age 4 continues to be a favourite with family audiences and is in the fourth position. At number five is the new release Eppadi Manasukkul Vandhai.
