If some reports are to be believed debutant director Raaj Prabavathi Menon's Buddy has been reduced in its length by 20 minutes.
The film, heavily inspired from the 2010 American film The Kids Are All Right, has Anoop Menon sporting an older avatar, but continuing with “spicy dialogues.”
The censor board is already contemplating legal action against the film's makers for not exhibiting its 'Adults Only' tag properly. The film opened to a rather cold response from the viewers.
Buddy talks about two women who live together and have a kid through artificial insemination. When he is 18, the young lad is in search of his father, the sperm donor.
