Chennai weekend box-office (April 29 to May 1)

Chandramukhi in its third week, still manages amazing 92 percent collections with slightly lower ticket rates. Karan Johar- Sharukh Khan produced Kaal has collected Rs 9,43,540 in its opening weekend from three Chennai screens.

At number three is XXX-2 which had a worldwide opening with Chennai. The big surprise is hat Mumbai Xpress staged a comeback at number four, thanks to Satyam theatre collections and Vijay's "Sachein" has dropped to number five.
