Chinna Cinema team meets press

Chinna Cinema, produced by Sekhar and Jyothi on Jersey Plots banner and directed by debutant A.K. Kambhampati, met the electronic and print media representatives on Thursday, at Prasad Labs. 

President of the Film Chamber of Commerce, producer, and director Thammareddy Bharadwaja unveiled the promotional song video in this press meet. The song that goes `chinna cinema` is picturized on Vennela Kishore and Thagubothu Ramesh, and is even sung by them both! 

It was conceptualized and written by SreeJo and is composed by the film`s music director Praveen Lakkaraju. 

The press meet was attended by the producer Sekhar, director A.K. Kambhampati, music director Praveen Lakkaraju, the film`s protagonist Arjun Kalyan and other artistes RJ Rajni, Karthik 

Srinivas, Srini, and Siddhartha, lyricists Chakravarthula and Srinivasa Mouli, editor Vinay, and poster designer Srinivasa Kumar. 

The makers said that the film`s audio release would be held in the next couple of weeks and that the film is due for release in February. The film`s story and dialogues are penned by the producer Sekhar, and the theme song is sung by S.P. Balasubrahmanyam, the crew said.
 
Chief guest of the event, Thammareddy Bharadwaja, spoke at the occasion and congratulated the team for successfully completing the filming of Chinna Cinema against all odds they may have faced. He said that only a few new faces that come to the film industry out of passion can sustain their passion and hoped that the team of Chinna Cinema is truly passionate and shall continue to make quality films in future too. 

The film`s director A.K. Kambhampati said that the film is not a feel-good film or a love story. The story is woven through the lives of several characters and does have a love angle to it though that`s not the central theme. Debutant hero Arjun Kalyan thanked the team for the opportunity and mentioned that he went to the Harvard Film School (USA) for acting before he landed in this role.
 
The promo song was well-received and has caught up with social network users within a few hours of its release!
