Every fairy tale has happy endings, and so it was for Ann Augustine, Mollywood's most sought after actress who grabbed the Kerala State award 2014 and Filmfare award is also nominated for the prestigious SIIMA Awards, for her performance in the much acclaimed Artist.

The actress recently got married to her beau Jomon T John, a renowned cinematographer from South India, and she is all smiles when she talks about her fairy tale wedding, new life, and upcoming plans.

Tell us something about Gayathri Shankar in 'Artist', the character that won u laurels.
Gayathri is close to my heart. I guess every girl can relate to her in some way. That character will always be in my heart, and shall never fade away from me.

How is married life treating you?
I and Jo have been dating since last 2 years, so nothing much has changed actually. Since he is busy with a lot of projects now, I miss him a lot (smiles).

What are your upcoming projects?
Right now, I' am pursuing my Masters in Clinical Psychology. So I am taking a break from movies for a while. But cinema is close to my heart, and that is where I shall be always. Film making became a passion when I started loving cinema, and I hope to follow that someday. I have my fingers crossed for the best.

A message to youngsters.
When Cinema happened to me, I was clueless about it and hence I made a lot of mistakes in choosing films. With the help of directors like Shyamaprasad Sir, I believe I could prove myself. I think it's all about believing in yourself, and you shall get it right.
