Courtney Love has been roped in for 'The Long Home' directed by James Franco, it has been revealed.
The movie is based on the 1940s Tennessee-set drama based on William Gay's debut 1999 novel and will also star Josh Hutcherson in the lead, Deadline.com reported.
The movie will revolve around on a young carpenter played by Hutcherson, who is forced to work for the man responsible for his father's murder years ago, and who falls for Thomas Hovington's daughter, who the murderer is trying to groom as a prostitute.
Love will play the role of Pearl, Hovington's wife, who is forced to deal with the rapid changes in her life and her world at great personal sacrifice. (ANI)
