Danny Boyle praises Karthika

Karthika is on cloud nine! Imagine being praised by the Oscar winning director Danny Boyle. 

Karthika played a role in Malayalam blockbuster Makara Manju (which is now being dubbed into Telugu as Ravi Varma). Danny saw Karthika`s work and was impressed. He got Karthika`s number from his good friend Santhosh Sivan who played the male lead. 

Karthika debuted opposite Naga Chaitanya in a Telugu film Josh. Later she migrated to Tamil and Malayalam films. Her first commercial success was Ko (Rangam in Telugu). Her recent film in Telugu was NTR`s Dammu. 

Now with Danny Boyle appreciating her work, we think that Hollywood  is not far for Karthika.
