Director Shankar regularly watches all the recent films in Tamil cinema and if he impressed by any such movie, the filmmaker immediately appreciates the team on his Twitter page. Recently, Shankar is smitten by Vijay Sethupathi-Trisha Krishnan’s romantic drama ’96’ and director Ram Kumar’s psycho-thriller Ratsasan starring Vishnu Vishal.
Shankar said that the beauty of ’96’ is that somewhere audience personally gets connected to the film, he also lauded Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha’s performance in the film. Talking about Ratsasan, Shankar said that he feels happy to see audience clapping for director Ram Kumar in the end card and he totally deserved it.
