Dubbing begins for Mani Ratnam's 'Chekka Chivantha Vaanam'

Maverick director Mani Ratnam has reportedly started the dubbing work for his upcoming multi-starrer film Chekka Chivantha Vaanam. Among all the actors, Arun Vijay has started dubbing for his scenes and confirmed the news on Twitter by posting a pic from the dubbing studio

Produced and directed by Mani Ratnam, the film also has an ensemble of actors like Silambarasan, Arvind Swamy, Vijay Sethupathi, Jyothika, Aishwarya Rajesh, Aditi Rao Hydari, Prakash Raj, Jayasudha and Mansoor Ali Khan.

Sources say that Mani Ratnam wants to complete the post-production work before next month and send the film to censors as Lyca Productions is planning for a theatrical release in September. AR Rahman is expected to start the re-recording for by early next month and Santosh Sivan is in charge for the visuals.
