If you remember the 2003 release Footpath, you'll recollect one consistent element in all reviews of the film-glowing adjectives attributed to Mahesh Bhatt's nephew, one Emraan Hashmi. Born to a Muslim father and Catholic mother, Emraan made up his mind to pursue acting after graduation. He started with a dud at the box-office, but got his first big hit in the very next year with 2004's Murder. Over the years, he's come to be known as a hit-song wonder and serial kisser. Of the 15 odd films he's appeared in, here's trailing some of the roles he shone in. Interestingly, all his prominent films have him playing the anti-hero.
