Eva Longoria has reportedly made an out of court settlement with a man whose car she ploughed into in 2010.
However the terms of the settlement are still unclear, according to TMZ.com.
Roman Gasparyan had filed the suit against the 'Desperate Housewives' star almost two years ago, claiming that the actress lost control of her BMW vehicle and crashed into him on Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles, Contactmusic reported.
He also insisted that the actress was sporting "red and bloodshot" eyes, when she rammed into his vehicle.
Gasparyan revealed that he was in the median, waiting to make a left turn when the 37-year-old, driving in the opposite direction, "made a sudden lane change into the median lane" and collided with him.
According to the suit, both the drivers were riding BMW X5s - his a 2002, hers a 2010.
In addition to the SUV damage, the complainant claimed that he suffered mental and physical suffering and he was suing for unspecified damages.
The settlement between the warring parties was announced in Los Angeles Superior Court on August 3, just 12 days before the case was supposed to go to trial. (ANI)
