Father's Day is ready, release on Feb 17

Now, Father’s Day is the latest movie from scenarist and director Kalavoor Ravi Kumar, to hit the screens.

The film has been much in the news as Oscar award winner Resul Pookkutty is doing a role in it.

Revathy, Vineeth, Lal, Indu Thampi and Shaheen play important characters in the story.

The film was originally planned with Mohanlal and Revathy in the lead, with the title Sneham+Ishtam=Amma.

But there were major differences between the cast and the film’s debutant director, who was then replaced by Kalavoor Ravikumar.

The story has reportedly undergone certain changes.

Yesteryear star Shankar, Vijay Menon, Edavela Babu and Suresh Krishna also include the film’s cast. Father’s Day is being produced by Bharath Samuel.
