The summer holidays are over, and the Baahubali2 craze is over at the box-office. A slew of small films are all set for a release this month. However this week there is only limited releases in all languages.
Vikram Prabhu’s Sathriyan and Gautham Karthik’s Rangoon are this weeks, prominent Tamil releases. A lot is riding on these two heroes as they need a hit badly to improve their career prospects.
The major Hollywood release of the week which opened on Thursday with paid premiers is Tom Cruise’s The Mummy in 3 D, which also has a Tamil dubbed version.
The Bollywood releases are Shruti Haasan’s Behen Hogi Teri and SSR’s fantasy Raabta. Both these films have limited release in small multiplex screens.
