Looks like London is where all the action is these days.

With Rajnikanth and his daughter along with Sarath Kumar and his family, already in the city of Big Ben, shooting for Kochadaiyaan, it’s now yet another legend from Tamil cinema who seems to be stationed there. None other than music maestro Ilayaraja is also on a visit to the city to record music for a Kollywood film.

Gautham Menon’s love for music and his pairing with Rahman has given some great hits in the past. Now he teams up with the legendary Ilayaraja for his latest flick Neethane En Poovasantham and the fans are waiting with bated breath for the results.

And looks like they are not going to be disappointed. The director is actively pursuing the recording of the music in London these days with none other than the maestro himself.

Gautham has tweeted that he has recorded " a song that will remind you of your childhood, school, college and everything from the past."

The recording was apparently done with a children’s choir in London.

The director cant seem to stop raving over the musical journey that he has embarked upon with the legend and seems to be lapping up every moment of it and has described his meetings as ‘ a journey into the world of music’. With all the musical interactions going on, fans can look forward  for a super treat!
