Atharvaa to romance four heroines in 'Gemini Ganesanum Suruli Rajanum'

Atharvaa’s Gemini Ganeshanum Suruli Raajanum (GGSR) talks about the novelty of first love in women’s perspective, says the film’s director Odam Ilavarasu. “Atharvaa, Aishwarya Rajesh, and Pranitha are college mates in Ooty. Regina and Aditi will be seen as Atharvaa’s neighbors. We also have sequel plans for GGSR with one more heroine Neha Malik”, adds Ilavarasu.

“GGSR will establish a strong impression of the novelty of first love in women’s perspective", says the director, who first thought of offering Pranitha’s character to Aishwarya but since the Kaaka Muttai actress is known for playing homely characters, Ilavarasu swapped their roles.

On Aishwarya and Regina’s characters, Ilavarasu says “Aishwarya’s role would be different from her previous films. Regina plays a Madurai girl, her role will be the talking point of GGSR”.

In the film, Atharvaa’s dad is a huge Kaadhal Mannan fan and thus, names his son as Gemini Ganeshan. The makers also have a tribute to both Gemini Ganeshan and Suruli Raajan before the opening credits of the film.
