Directed by Surya Gowda, the lead star cast includes Komal, Sriki, Tarun Chandra, Sharmila Mandre, Rachel, Sonu Gowda and Shruti. Arjun Janya has composed the music for the movie, which is produced by Shankare Gowda, who incidentally is also acting in it.
The Kannada version of Goa has been modified to suit the local audiences, but the essence of the original movie will be retained. Sharmila Mandre and Sonu Gowda are staging a comeback to Sandalwood through Goa after a noticeable break from the industry.
