Premkumar, Rekha, Avinash, Rangayana Raghu
Gunashekhar alias Guna is in love with Uma (Rekha) the college going timorous girl. She seeks support from Guna for everything in life. Uma's parents are surprised with her development in life. They are not aware Guna is the source of inspiration for overcoming the laxity. The happy go lucky Guna and Uma one day witness an encounter between ACP and Keshava Reddy's brother. This is what becomes very tough for Guna. Keshava Reddy is under the impression that Guna is responsible for his brother killing. Guna has another tough task from Gold Reddy. In the site where he is constructing the orphan house on the wishes of his mother it is Gold Reddy who wants to occupy the place. How Guna finishes off Gold Reddy who killed his mother and takes on Keshava Reddy the big don, is the remaining uninteresting part of the film.
Premkumar should rethink on his career prospects. Pallakki was not all that great, Savi Savi Nenapu failed miserably and now 'Gunavantha is obnoxious for his image. Rekha is not impressive. She is repeating her show in similar kind of roles and probably she is not aware about her strengths. The seniors Avinash, Rangayana Raghu and Sharan do not add pep to the roles.
Hamsalekha is not impressive in his tunes is surprising. The talented music director gives very poor tunes this time. Cinematography is average.
