Halle Berry's plans to move out of US with daughter Nahla have irked her former beau Gabriel Aubry.
The 'New Year's Eve' actress has filed papers in court to request permission to move out of the country with Nahla, 3, in the latest episode of the actress' ugly divorce proceedings, according to TMZ
Berry, 45, has been in a bitter custody battle with the French-Canadian male model, since their split in 2010.
Sources have revealed that Aubry is furious over Berry's filings, as he believes that her actions are intended to block him from seeing his daughter.
If Berry does go through with the move, boyfriend Olivier Martinez will be joining her and little Nahla, the New York Daily News reported.
According to the grapevine, the actress and Martinez, 46, are engaged, though neither side has directly addressed the speculations.
Earlier this month, Berry and Aubry faced off in court over their daughter, where the judge turned down Berry's request that Aubry be barred from seeing the 3-year-old.
He is under investigation for child endangerment charges following an alleged dispute with nanny Alliance Kamden.
Aubry was allowed monitored visits to his daughter by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services, but he has agreed to take anger management classes for her sake.
Both he and Berry have also settled on taking parenting classes together. (ANI)
