`It was a learning experience`

​It was a new phenomenon for Nagarjuna. Never did he face such a situation in the 26 years of his career. 

The situation was caused by Damarukam. It was a tense condition for some time, but all is good when things end well. Finally, Damarukam will see the light of the day on 23rd November. 

Nagarjuna met the press on Wednesday and spoke at length about the film. He said that God has finally willed and the film will be released in Karthika Masam. 

Speaking about Damarukam's woes, Nag said that there would have been no hassles if producer R Venkat had not incurred loss from other films. This affected Damarukam.This fiasco has been a learning experience for Nagarjuna. 

He says that this incident has taught him patience and trust. People in the industry fight among themselves, have differences, but when crisis strikes the entire industry comes forward to help.

Nagarjuna lauded Dasari Narayana Rao for all the help he rendered in solving this issue. At the same time he also praised Shyam Prasad Reddy and Alankar Prasad for their timely help in sorting out the issue. Nag says that R Venkat is a businessman and it was just some bad calculations that led to this fiasco. 

Damarukam is a superb film made by director Srinivasa Reddy, informed Nagarjuna. He also added that he is ready to work with him again. 

Nagarjuna also apologized to his fans for the late release, but concluded requesting all his fans and movie lovers to watch Damarukam, with a promise that it will surely entertain all.
