‘Jayam’ Ravi, who took a short break for Vanamagan promotions has resumed shooting the final schedule of his space-based entertainer ‘Tik Tik Tik’ in Chennai. Shakti Soundararajan of Miruthan and Naaigal Jaakirathai fame is directing Tik Tik Tik, the film also has Nivetha Pethuraj, Ravi’s son Aarav and Singaporean actor Aaron Aziz in important roles.
Sources say that the first look of the teaser of the film is ready and soon, the makers will be unveiling it on YouTube. Hitesh Jhabak and Nemichand Jhabak are producing Tik Tik Tik for which Imman is composing the music and S Venkatesh is cranking the camera.
Meanwhile, ‘Jayam’ Ravi has requested audiences to watch films only in theaters, the actor’s Vanamagan release was stalled due to theater owners strike and only from today, theaters resumed playing the film after an amicable settlement with the Tamil Nadu government. “Many people are not understanding the difficulty which industry goes through. Cinema is the biggest entertainment in Tamil Nadu, a lot of necessary issues are told and conveyed through movies. We should not let cinema die”, said Ravi.
After completing Tik Tik Tik, Ravi will start shooting for Sri Thenandal Films’ Sangamithra with director Sundar C.
