Jayam Ravi to start 'Boologam' on May 20

Jayam Ravi after nearly two years is all set to start his Boologam. Remember for the last two years Ravi was struck with the shoot of Ameer directed Aadhi Bhagavan.

During the making of the Peranmai, Ravi had a chat with SP Jananathan’s assistant Kalyan Kumar, who narrated the Boologam script to him. Aascar Ravichandran stepped in to produce the film.   Ravi wanted to start the film in the beginning of 2011 and he underwent a special training course in boxing for his role as a boxer.

However Aadhi Bhagavan required him to sport a beard, stopping him from working on Boologam simultaneously.  Ravi had to put  the film on the backburner for nearly a year.

Finally the shoot of Aadhi Bhagawan got over two days back in Goa. Now Ravi will go for a new look for Boologam. Producer Aascar Ravichandran has put up a huge Rs 1.5 Crore set at Mohan Studio for the film which has music by Srikanth Deva.

Heroine for the film is yet to be decided. The buzz is that if all goes well, Nayanthara may be roped in to the project, if she can adjust her dates. Anyway Ravi is happy that finally his ‘dream project’ Boologam has started revolving.
