Kamal Haasan: Bigg Boss is a simple and natural way to reach audiences

At the launch event of his new reality show Bigg Boss, Kamal Haasan has also answered questions on his friend Superstar Rajinikanth’s political entry.

Talking about Rajinikanth’s accusation on the corrupted system, Kamal said: “It’s a regular accusation made by everyone, nothing new and it’s not wrong either”. Asked whether he would advise or support Rajini, Kamal answered: “I would prefer to convey it to him personally”.

On the popular statement made by Tamil outfits saying only a Tamilian should rule the state, Kamal said: “I don’t endorse their viewpoints. Gandhiji is not a Tamilian, Subash Chandra Bose is not a Tamilian and Nehru is not a Tamilian but many people in Tamil Nadu have their names. Anyone who loves Tamil can rule the state. People in Kerala still think that I’m a Malayalee but if you ask me whether I would become the CM of state, sorry I’m not interested”.

Kamal has also said in this political situation, educated intellectuals should not come to politics, not just actors!
