Kamal Hassan-Venky’s ‘Eenadu’ started

The shooting of the film ‘Eenadu’ starring Kamal Hassan and Venkatesh in the lead roles has started at Ramoji Film City.
A huge set has been erected in the supervision of art director Thoata Tarani. The film 'Eenadu' is a remake of Bollywood hit film ‘A Wednesday’.
UTV Motion Pictures and Kamal’s Raj Kamal Movies are jointly producing the film in Tamil and Telugu.
The Hindi film 'A Wednesday' starring Naseeruddin Shah as a common man and Anupam Kher as police commissioner was a big hit and was directed by Neeraj Pandey.
Kamal Haasan is playing the role of Naseeruddin Shah and victory Venkatesh is going to play the police commissioner's role in the Telugu version.
Chakri, the kid who played the role of a photographer in Kamal Hassan’s classic film ‘Sagara Sangamam’ is making his debut as a director with this film. The entire movie will be shot with RED camera, a very first time in India.
